Tricia Grayson

When I joined NLRCo I had never worked in an office environment.  I had little experience at Administration work and had little confidence.  Within months of starting a level 2 qualification in Business Administration I had quickly gained a lot of knowledge and gained a lot of confidence.

I passed my level 2/3, gained other knowledge in different courses.  I could not have done this without the constant support and encouragement of the staff at NLRCo.

I really enjoy my role as project administrator and learner mentor.
